1 Peter 3:4 Message Bible ... What matters is not your outer appearance ... the styling of your hair, the jewelry you wear, the cut of your clothes ... but your inner disposition.  Cultivate inner beauty, the gentle, gracious kind that God delights in.

1 Peter 3:3,4 Amplified Version ... Let not yours be the [merely] external adorning with [elaborate] unterweaving and knotting of the hair, the wearing of jewelry, or changes of clothes; but let it be the inward adorning and beauty of the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, which (is not anxious or wrought up, but) is very precious in the sight of God.

1 Peter 3:3,4 NLT ... Don't be concerned about the outward beauty of fancy hair styles, expensive jewelry, or beautiful clothes. You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.

1 Peter 3:4 NKJV ... Let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible ornament of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.

The above Scripture is talking about the hidden man of the heart, your spirit man.  When you became born again, God made your spirit man alive to Him.  It's not corruptible ... He made it flawless, without corruption.
