Jesus didn't do or say anything except what God told Him. We need to get in that same vein when it comes to spiritual things in our life.
Jesus walked on this Earth as a human being. The Bible talks about His spiritual side, but it doesn't mention much about the fact that He was a human being and had to do everything as a human that we have to do.
He had to wake up in the morning, get up, and do His natural human things before He started ministering ... whether He was camped out somewhere or at home. And I think that He still practiced being a carpenter from time to time. He was a qualified carpenter. But the Bible doesn't tell us that.
He said, "I don't do anything except what God tells me to do and what He says to say."
Our doing and saying what God says to do and say are the two things most important in our obedience to His leading in our lives.
