Ephesians 4:29,30 AMP ... Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil word, nor unwholesome talk [ever] come out of your mouth; but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others, as is fitting to the need and the occasion, that it may be a blessing and give Grace (God's favor) to those who hear it.  And do not grieve (do not offend, or vex, or sadden) the Holy Spirit of God by Whom you were sealed (branded, marked as God's own) secured for the Day of Redemption ... of final deliverance through Christ from evil and the consequences of sin.

When we are doing what God wants us to do, we are ministering His Grace to the one we are ministering to.  Everybody in the world today needs God's Grace.

"And grieve not the Holy Spirit of God whereby you are sealed unto the Day of Redemption."  When we are ministering edifying words, words of encouragement, to other people, we are actually ministering God's Grace to them ... and also to ourselves.
