We need to search out the Truths in these Scriptures and grow in our identity with God. We need to be always looking to improve our character in the characteristics of God. This is what will lead us into more intimacy with Jesus.
The more intimate with Jesus that we are ... the more fruit, the more of His characteristics will be manifested in us.
John 5:19,30: Jesus said to them who stood by, "The Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do. For what things the Father does, the Son does likewise." "I can do nothing Myself. As I hear, I judge and My judgment is just. I do not seek My own will, but the will of the Father Who sent Me."
John 6:38: "I came down from Heaven not to do My own will, but the will of Him Who sent Me."
John 8:28,29: "When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you shall know that I am He, that I am nothing of Myself; as My Father has taught Me, I speak these things. He Who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone for I always do those things that please Him."
John 10:37,38: "If I don't do the works of My Father, don't believe Me ... but if I do, and you don't believe Me, believe the works: that you may know and believe that the Father is in Me and I in Him."
John 12:49,50: "I have not spoken of Myself. The Father Who sent Me gave Me a commandment: what I should say and what I should speak. I know that His commandment is Life Everlasting ... whatever the Father said to Me, that I speak."
John 14:10,11: "Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you are not Mine but the Father Who dwells in Me does the works. Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father in Me or else believe Me for the very works sake."
