The definition of our soulish heart is "psyche".  Some hospitals have "psyche wards" and they deal with the mind.

Our soul is made up of three parts ... namely, the mind, the will, and the emotions. Our soulish heart is in our mind.  This is the place where we store all our physical information concerning the world. Spiritual information coming from your spirit man is also stored here and it's trying to renew our soul.

Our spirit and our soul cannot be separated ... they can only be distinguished and identified by the things we do.  When we are baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of tongues, where does this originate from?

Does it originate in our soulish realm?  Does our mind say, "I will say ... Blah, blah, blah, blah, and it will be tongues."?  No, it doesn't do this.  If we are truly baptized in the Holy Spirit, and we begin to speak in tongues, our mind goes "TILT!  What's going on here?"  Our mind says, "I didn't create that."  it didn't either.  This came from our spirit man in conjunction with the Holy Spirit.

This comes from our spirit man ... not our soul, not our mind.  That's why we say, "baptized in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of tongues."
