Acts 1:8 ... Ye shall receive power after the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto Me in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the Earth.

Jesus told His disciples that after they became born again ... it had to be after they were born again, or this could not have happened.

Is the Holy Ghost upon us?  Is He in us?  If we say "yes", then we have His power working in us.  "And you shall be witnesses everywhere you go."  We have His power ... we have Him.
