The reason that people don't receive their healing is because they only believe it.  Our Heavenly Father wants us to be healed.  He doesn't want us walking around putting up with the lies of the devil. 

When the devil puts a symptom on our body, it's a lie.  The devil is real, but he's a total liar.  God is real, and He is total Truth.  Who are we going to believe?
